The Hispanic Engineers Business Corporation was established as a
non-profit affiliate of SHPE-National for the purposes of allowing eHEBC’s membership to consider and become
knowledgeable on entrepreneurship. eHEBC is incorporated in California and has a board of directors. The Board of
Directors includes the following individuals:

eHEBC provides a forum for businesses and consultants to network and
have access to procurement information. This website will be the virtual office and headquarters. We plan to develop an
interactive site, which will stimulate and encourage members to work together for their mutual benefits and to gain
business information, which will assist them in their endeavors.
